Telescopic Cylinders
- Up to 5 stages, single or double acting
- Strokes to 240"
- Hard chrome, nitridation, thermal spray, or other wear‑resistant surface treatments.

What's inside every OEL cylinder
The standard line isn't "commodity." Every cylinder is spec'd with the same materials and tolerances we use on our custom builds - it just comes in a smaller range of sizes.
Barrel and rod
- Honed seamless steel tubing, bore tolerance H8
- 1045 induction-hardened chrome-plated rod, 45 HRC surface
- Chrome plating thickness 20 - 25 micrometer typical
- Bronze-lined rod gland with wear band for side-load capacity
Seals and wipers
- Premium polyurethane rod seals, Buna-N piston seals (NBR 70)
- Viton and HNBR seal packages available for high-temp / biofuel service
- Metal scraper + polyurethane wiper on the rod
- Static O-rings on all bolted joints

Seal kits and spare parts
Every cylinder in the catalog has a matching seal kit held in stock, plus the common wear parts - wear bands, rod wipers, glands, pistons and tie rods.
