Hydraulic Cylinders

LiDAR Sensing

CNC Machining
3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling and turning on stainless, carbon steel and aluminum. Tolerances to ISO 2768 fine, tight features held to plus or minus 0.005 mm on request.
Casting and Forming
Die casting in aluminum and zinc, sand casting in iron and steel, metal stamping and plastic injection molding. Tight tolerances on complex geometries, in volume.

Machining and Casting
Tight-tolerance CNC machining, die casting, metal stamping and plastic injection molding under one roof - the same operations that have served global OEMs through OELCNC.com since 2011.
Capabilities
- CNC milling: 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers, parts to 1,500 mm long.
- CNC turning: swiss-style and live-tool turning, diameters up to 400 mm.
- Die casting: aluminum and zinc, single-cavity to multi-cavity tooling.
- Sand casting: iron and steel, complex geometries up to 50 kg.
- Metal stamping: progressive and transfer dies, sheet up to 6 mm.
- Plastic injection molding: ABS, PC, PA, POM and engineering grades.
- Post-processing: anodizing, plating, painting, heat treatment, polishing.
Tolerances and materials
- Standard tolerance: ISO 2768 medium for general features.
- Tight tolerance: down to plus or minus 0.005 mm on critical features.
- Surface finish: Ra 0.4 to 3.2 micrometer as specified.
- Materials: stainless 304/316/17-4PH, carbon steel, aluminum 6061/7075, zinc, copper, brass, titanium and engineering plastics.
How to engage
Send a CAD (2D or 3D), material, surface finish and quantity. You receive a proforma invoice with lead times. Production is scheduled, parts are inspected with documented QC reports, and shipped via your preferred Incoterm.

Industrial LiDAR
A complete 2D and 3D LiDAR family for AGVs, AMRs, automated forklifts, service robots and safety-rated area monitoring. Manufactured in our 12,000 m sq facility with a 3,000 m sq Class-100 clean room and an annual capacity of 500,000 units.
