About OEL
A global production partner for
precision manufacturing.
Overland Engineering and Logistics is a primary manufacturing partner for industrial buyers - an extension of our partner factories across Asia, India and Eastern Europe. Jointly engineered in the USA and overseas, warrantied and qualified jointly on both sides, stocked in the US for just-in-time pulls, and shipped to 80+ countries - all under ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality systems.
Who we are
Primary partner. Extension of our partner factories.
OEL was founded in 2011 with a specific thesis: enterprise buyers need more than an arm's-length trading contact when they source overseas. They need a primary partner that co-invests with the factories, shares quality accountability, and stands warranty on both sides of the ocean. That thesis still drives the company today.
We act as an extension of our partner factories - not as a trading house and not as a sole owner. OEL co-invests with our partners in tooling, in quality systems and in US finished-goods stock, so the program moves faster and more consistently than a pure-arm's-length sourcing arrangement ever could. Engineering, tooling, QC, logistics and customer support are jointly managed between our team and our partner plants - you get one contract, one quality system and one accountable partner.

Of overseas manufacturingCore competencies
Seven manufacturing processes under one roof. Each is a deliberate OEL investment, not an outsourced step - so a single PO can cover a complex part that would otherwise hop between three or four vendors.
Precision metal stamping
High-speed mechanical and pneumatic presses up to 110T, progressive dies, deep-draw and bending. Sheet 0.3 mm to 6 mm.
Hydraulic cylinders
Telescopic, welded, tie-rod and fully custom builds. Bores 1.5" to 12", pressures to 5,000 psi, strokes to 240".
CNC machining
3-, 4-, 5-axis milling and Swiss / fixed-head turning. Tolerances to ± 0.005 mm. 41 Japanese Swiss machines on the floor.
Casting - all processes
Die, investment, gray iron, ductile iron and sand casting in any material grade - aluminum, zinc, magnesium, stainless, carbon steel, bronze. Grams to hundreds of kilograms.
Die casting specialty
1250T and 1600T cold-chamber machines through our partner plants. Aluminum (A356, ADC10, ADC12), zinc (Zamak), magnesium (AZ91D, AM60B).
Plastic injection molding
Commodity ABS / PP to high-performance PEEK and PPS. Insert molding and over-molding supported. Custom tooling.
Product assembly and kitting
Mechanical sub-assembly, fastening, wire-harnesses, gaskets, labeling, kitting. Parts arrive packaged and ready to install.
Markets we serve
Automotive
Engine components, gearbox housings, body-in-white brackets, EV enclosures. IATF 16949 certified for serial production and PPAP.
Smartphones and electronics
Precision enclosures, connector hardware, heatsinks and high-volume stamped / machined components for consumer electronics.
Medical equipment
Stainless surgical components, device housings, hospital-bed hardware, cart and trolley assemblies. Biocompatible material traceability.
Industrial machinery
Hydraulic presses, machine tools, packaging lines, material handling, refuse trucks and automotive lifts. Tie-rod and telescopic cylinders, servo systems, machined parts, valve bodies and control-cabinet hardware.
Global footprint
Partner plants across three Asian hubs and a US finished-goods warehouse, plus established sourcing leverage in India and Eastern Europe. Pick the country of origin that fits your tariff, lead-time and resilience strategy - or ask us to second-source a program outside Asia for supply-chain diversification.
Primary hub
Vietnam
Swiss machining, die casting and precision stamping. Serves automotive and medical sectors. Southeast Asia manufacturing hub with favorable trade-agreement access.
Machine tools & valves
Malaysia
Engine components, machine tool parts and valve bodies. Established export flows to Japan, United States and Germany. CNC-intensive operations.
Casting & large-scale production
China - Shandong
Large-scale casting and metal-forming capacity paired with high-volume precision manufacturing. 1250T and 1600T cold-chamber die casting machines; sand casting for large parts.
US office and warehouse
Bridgeton, MO
Finished-goods stock, JIT fulfillment, same-day ship on stocked items ordered before 12:00 CST. North American engineering support and account management.
Sourcing leverage
India
Established partner relationships for castings, forgings and precision machining. Second-source option outside Asia for programs that need regional diversification.
Sourcing leverage
Eastern Europe
Strong partner network for CNC machining, fabrication and assembly. Favorable for EU-destination shipments and automotive OEM programs with European content requirements.
Technical capabilities
Precision manufacturing depends on the equipment and the metrology behind it. Here's what's on our floor.

Quality and certifications
Audited to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
Every production run is governed by our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Automotive programs run under the tighter IATF 16949:2016 automotive standard, with PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, MSA and capability studies (Cp / Cpk) as standard deliverables. Environmental management follows ISO 14001. AS9102 FAI packages are available for aerospace programs on request.
How we work
A five-step procurement workflow that has moved 10,000+ drawings through our shop. Predictable from first quote to packaged delivery.
Quote request
Send CAD, material, finish, quantity and Incoterm. Engineering reviews for DFM and proposes cost-downs before a quote issues. 5 - 10 business days for custom parts.
Confirmation
Proforma invoice confirms scope, pricing, tooling cost (if any), lead time, Incoterm and payment terms. Your PO references this proforma.
Production
Parts run on the matched machine - Swiss, 5-axis mill, die cast, injection mold. IPQC sampling throughout. All production data logged for traceability.
Inspection
FQC lot sampling per AQL plan, then OQC pre-shipment audit. QC inspection report, CoC and packing list prepared.
Delivery
Ship via your chosen carrier and Incoterm. Sea or air. FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS. US customers can pull JIT from the Bridgeton, MO warehouse.
