Overland Engineering and Logistics LLC is a production-oriented enterprise specializing in precision metal stamping, Hydraulic Cylinders, precision CNC machining, casting production, die casting production, injection molding, and product assembly. Integrating R&D, production, sales, and service, the company has four factories in Asia ，including China Henan and China Shandong Vietnam and Malaysia. The current factory area covers 29,000 square feet （3100 square meters) with 860 employees. The company has obtained ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certifications.
Main business of hardware manufacturing：
The Vietnam factory specializes in Swiss machining, CNC machining, die casting or stamping, pre-treatment, grinding and polishing, surface treatment, quality inspection, and finally, shipping. We manufacture components for industries such as automobiles, smartphones, tablets, televisions, smart home devices, medical equipment, and industrial control systems. Additionally, we handle the purchasing of raw materials to ensure the highest quality standards.
The Malaysia factory focuses on manufacturing components for the engine industry, machine tool industry, construction machinery, pipes, and valve bodies. Our products are widely used in sectors such as home appliances, communication equipment, automotive parts, new energy vehicles, high-speed railways, and aviation. Known for their stable quality and competitive pricing, our products have received consistent praise from customers. We export our products to Japan, the United States, Germany, Southeast Asia, and other countries.
Our two factories in China, located in Henan and Shandong, combine the strengths of our Vietnam and Malaysia facilities. With advanced manufacturing technologies and a focus on high precision and efficiency, they offer the best of both worlds: the versatility and innovation of our Vietnam operations and the large-scale production capabilities of our Malaysia factory. Production equipment
The equipment at the Vietnam factory includes 11 units of CNC vertical machines, 16 units of lathe machines, 8 units of Swiss machines , and one laser welding machine.
The equipment at the other factory includes 11 units of CNC vertical machines, 2 units of horizontal machining center, 25 units of turn-mill combination machines, 33 units of Swiss machines, 2 units of wire-cut EDM machines, and two production lines, one heat treatment production line.
Our factories have 41 units of Swiss machines imported from Japan. These machines can process diameters ranging from 1.0 to 32mm with a machining accuracy of up to 0.001mm. They are capable of processing products made from different materials. The maximum monthly processing capacity for a single product is 200,000 pieces, with the current equipment utilization rate at 70%，The factory can also provide customers with supporting hardware encapsulated products, capable of producing various engineering plastic materials such as PPT, LCP, PA46, PA9T, etc.
Our factory implements rigorous quality control measures the factory is equipped with comprehensive inspection equipment including CCD inspection equipment, 2.5D microscope, 3D, and 3-coordinate measurement machines, as well as precision height gauges (accuracy: 0.001), two-dimensional measurement tools, imported tungsten steel plug gauges, and UNT thread gauge inspection fixtures.
